- Quick installation without the need to cut any ceiling tiles
- Comes with a 10′ (304.8 cm) safety cable, a 20′ (609.6 cm) strand wire, (2) outlet knockouts, (4) turnbuckles, wood eyebolts and concrete anchors
- 2′ x 2′ plate is suspended and secured to the structure above with four tie wires
- Certification: UL Listed
