BluOS Music Streaming
The MDC2 BluOS-D module features BluOS, a multi-room high-resolution streaming platform acclaimed for its versatility and ease of use. With the MDC2 BluOS-D module installed, owners of NAD products such as C 399, C389, C379, and C3050 can access hundreds of Internet radio stations and over 20 streaming services, including several that deliver lossless and high-resolution audio. Thanks to MDC2’s bidirectional architecture, users can share audio from any source among up to 64 BluOS-enabled components on the same network.
Dirac Live Room Correction
Room acoustics can significantly affect sound quality, causing uneven bass and blurred imaging. Dirac Live analyses your room and applies correction filters to the MDC2 BluOS-D, improving bass clarity, imaging, and tonal accuracy by addressing problem frequencies up to 500Hz, with an optional full-bandwidth upgrade available. The module can store up to five Dirac profiles for different listening positions or room conditions, and includes a calibrated microphone for accurate setup.
