Built to Control the Signal. From Source to Speaker

At its core, the M66 is about signal integrity. Digital conversion is handled by a flagship ESS SABRE ES9038PRO DAC, handpicked for its exceptional dynamic range, ultra-low noise, and time-domain accuracy. NAD’s proprietary implementation draws out tonal nuance, spatial detail, and micro dynamics without exaggeration or glare.

An advanced volume control handles analogue output with extreme precision, maintain accurate channel balance and maximizing dynamic range at any listening level. For the pure analogue listeners, analogue direct mode bypasses digital processing entirely, preserving the true character of external sources.

At the Centre of the Music Experience

BluOS transforms the M66 into a powerful network music streamer. Access over 20 streaming services, internet radio, and personal music libraries with support for up to 24/192 and full MQA decoding.

Control the M66 from iOS, Android, or desktop, or pair it with other BluOS enabled devices as part of a multi-room music system. In a dedicated listening room or multi-room setup, BluOS delivers stability, responsiveness, and sound quality that meets the demands of serious listening.

Precision Tailored to Your Space

Every listening room is different. The M66 includes Dirac Live Room Correction to help optimize system performance with real-world environments. Using measurement-based filters, Dirac Live improves timing, tonal balance, and imaging—without altering the sonic characters of your system.

With flexible configuration, multi-subwoofer outputs and support for Dirac Live Bass Control, the M66 allows for careful integration of low frequency performance while keeping the focus on coherence, musicality, and natural presentation.

Designed for Integration

The M66 connects seamlessly across analogue and digital domains. Inputs include MM/MC phono, HDMI eARC, AES/EBU, USB, optical and coaxial S/PDIF, balanced XLR, and line-level RCA—ensuring compatibility with modern and legacy sources alike.

Balanced and unbalanced outputs support a wide range of power amplifiers, while a dedicated high-output headphone amplifier delivers detailed, controlled playback for private listening. Smart home compatibility allows the M66 to integrate naturally into advanced control environments.

Engineered with Craftsmanship

Every detail is considered and deliberate with the M66. The aluminium chassis, precision-machined controls, and a beautiful 7-inch colour touchscreen reflect the NAD MASTERS design philosophy: modern and purposeful, with longevity in mind.

Two MDC2 expansion slots enable future hardware upgrades, protecting your component as formats and technologies evolve. Inside, analogue and digital sections are physically isolated with independent power supplies to reduce interference and preserve signal purity.
