The ELAC Vertex 8-Inch Straight-Firing In-Ceiling Speaker delivers high-quality architectural audio with a discreet design that blends seamlessly into any living space. Part of ELAC’s Vertex Series, this easy-to-install in-ceiling speaker features a slim-profile, paintable magnetic grille that virtually disappears into the ceiling while providing rich, balanced sound. A custom silk-dome tweeter ensures smooth, detailed high-frequency reproduction, while the 8-inch polypropylene woofer delivers natural mids and controlled bass with excellent damping characteristics. An intricate multi-element crossover with premium audio-grade components provides seamless integration between drivers for accurate, room-filling performance. Designed to complement ELAC bookshelf, floorstanding, on-wall and in-wall speakers, the Vertex speaker is ideal for whole-home audio, stereo music systems and immersive home theatre installations.
